Enjoy this “Olde Cape Cod” beach cottage located in a peaceful location on Nantucket Sound. As you walk into this rustic style apartment cottage you will find a living room with a cable TV & queen pull out sofa. Continue through the cottage to find a bedroom featuring a queen bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining area featuring views of the ocean and a full bathroom. Walk out the kitchen to the back of the home and find a small deck with your choice of a gas or charcoal grill. Also from the back of the home you will find a private path which leads right to the beach.
Please Note: Standard Fees Include a $55 Security Assurance Fee, a $120 Cleaning Fee & a $70 Processing Fee (No Security Deposit Required!)
