Enjoy our newly renovated 3 plus bedroom, 2 bathroom home that sleeps 8. Our home is located less than 1 mile from private Pleasant Bay beach and the Chatham/Orleans shoreline. Our home is also located less than 1/2 mile from a shopping center, restaurants and Club 400. Don’t worry about bringing any food or supplies as there is a Stop and Shop Grocery Store in the shopping center. There is even a movie theater for those unfortunate rainy days. We are located only 4 miles from Chatham’s center for added shops, restaurants and Route 28 beaches. Easy access to Harwich’s ferry to Saquatucket Harbor and deep sea fishing in Harwichport, riding trails, golfing and more!!! Now, back to our home. We have decorated it with a relaxing Cape Cod vacation in mind. On the first level of our home, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area off the living room. The living room has a flat screen TV with Digital Cable and Sports package plus a DVD player, also a Radio/CD player, High Speed Internet access is available in the living room too!!! In both bedrooms on the first level you will find Queen size beds. Each level has a full bath. The first level also has Central A/C throughout. On the Lower level of our home, you will find another bedroom with 2 twin size beds and a Family room. Both rooms have A/C units. The Family room features a Full size Sleep Sofa with a 4” memory foam topper for your sleeping comfort and a TV with Digital Cable and Sports Package plus a DVD player. Outside our beautifully landscaped home, you will find an outdoor enclosed dual head shower with hot/cold water and a deck off the kitchen with a gas grill for your dining pleasure which leads down to a patio that accesses the back yard for an evening game of croquet. Just the right place for a great vacation!!! Please note: NO SMOKING OR PETS ALLOWED. Linens (Sheets/Towels) are not included in this rental. Cleaning Fee is waived.
